Hey! So, picture this: last July, I went on this incredible road trip along the California coast, from LA to Sequoia National Forest, then to San Francisco, and back down Route 1 to LA. Along the way, we made pit stops in places like Monterey Bay and even spent a night in Cambria (thanks to a detour). One memorable spot was this quirky bookstore we stumbled upon in the middle of the woods along Highway 1!
Anyway, after soaking up all that California sunshine and beach vibes, I felt super inspired to paint a mural. So, I’m creating this scene of a classic VW van parked on a California beach. The van’s a cool shade of blue, with a surfboard casually leaning against it. Picture this: palm trees swaying in the breeze, with one of them sporting a sign that simply reads “Beach” with an arrow pointing towards the shore. And the colors? Oh, they’re vibrant – think pink, orange, and yellow hues painting the sky. It’s all about capturing that laid-back, beachy California feel.
